They are honestly a power team. I could not be happier with the support they have given me. I have spent hours of time, at this point, just asking questions and trying to learn and understand. Buffy never makes me feel like I'm wasting her time. I always feel free to ask questions and call/text/etc. And she's always made everything clear on what I need to do on my end and how to do it. Plus, her husband Richard also comes with her and he has plumbing expertise, so you get his extra knowledge and help as well, (and he is also super personable and awesome.) I remember at the first house showing we had, my young daughter was trying to get her boots back on, and Richard naturally bent down and helped her out. For me, these details matter. All realtors are trying to make money, everyone knows that. But with Buffy you actually get BANG for that buck. It's actually worth it. You don't just feel like "Random client file A," and that means the world. Anyway, I could continue but I'd probably have to publish a full novel to capture all of my feelings here.
